The shares of SIA Ventspils nafta termināls are owned by 51% by one of the major holdings in the Baltic States - the public joint stock company Ventspils nafta. Whereas 49% of shares are owned by Eurotank Holding Sarl, a company of the international terminal operating company VTTI.
SIA Ventspils nafta termināls started working in its current status on October 1, 2003 when JSC Ventspils nafta implemented reorganization of the Group and apportioned the business functions previously performed by the holding to its subsidiaries. The share capital of SIA Ventspils nafta termināls is LVL 78 541 800, which is divided in 785 418 shares with the nominal value of 100 LVL per share.
Administration of SIA Ventspils nafta termināls is implemented by the shareholders’ meeting of the company, the Supervisory Council consisting of four persons and the Management Board, the member of which is the General Director at the same time.
The Chairperson of the Supervisory Council is Robert Nijst, and members of the Supervisory Council – Simon Boddy, Marinus de Jong and Rubil Yilmaz.
The position of member of the Management Board and General Director of SIA Ventspils nafta termināls is held by Lars Pantzlaff.
